Tytric Labs

We design, build and run software for businesses.

From a first release to a platform that has to scale. You work directly with the people building it, and we hold your product to the standard we hold our own.

Good places to start

  • A first version of a new product
  • Rebuilding a tool your team has outgrown
  • Adding AI to a product that already works
  • Making infrastructure cheaper and more reliable

Product engineering

Ship a product people want to use, from the first release to a platform that scales.

What this covers
  • SaaS platforms and web applications
  • Mobile apps
  • APIs and integrations with the tools you already use
  • System architecture that holds up past version one
Where it shows up in KataJau

A customer app and a business dashboard that share one request lifecycle and one conversation history.

Cloud and platform

Infrastructure that stays reliable and affordable as you grow.

What this covers
  • Google Cloud and AWS setups
  • Kubernetes and containerised services
  • Deployment pipelines and CI/CD
  • Monitoring, alerting and autoscaling
Where it shows up in KataJau

Infrastructure sized for an early product, with room to grow when more businesses and customers join.

AI in production

AI features your users can rely on, and the setup to serve them without a runaway bill.

What this covers
  • AI-powered product features
  • Retrieval (RAG) and LLM integration
  • Serving models on your own GPUs
  • Cutting inference latency and cost
An honest note

If calling a hosted model is cheaper and simpler than running your own, we'll tell you.

Running your own models, without the runaway cloud bill.

For teams that serve models themselves, we design and tune inference setups for lower latency, better GPU use and lower cost. We'll measure where you are first, then show you what changed.

What we aim to improve
Lower latencyHigher GPU utilisationLower infrastructure cost
Tools we work with
  • Triton Inference Server
  • vLLM
  • TensorRT-LLM
  • Ray Serve
  • Kubernetes
  • Multi-GPU serving
  • Quantisation
  • Streaming inference
  • Autoscaling
  • Observability

What we can show you

We're a young studio, so we'd rather show you real work than quote numbers.

A walkthrough on a callWe'll talk you through how we've built KataJau: the architecture, the trade-offs, and what we'd do differently.

How an engagement runs

Four steps, each ending with something you can hold us to. You'll have a shared channel with the people building your software throughout.

  1. DiscoveryWe start with the business problem, not the feature list. You get a short written summary of goals, risks and options.
  2. ScopeWe agree what the first release includes, and what it doesn't.You get a scoped plan with milestones and an estimate.
  3. BuildSmall increments you can see and try as we go.You get working software at each milestone and regular check-ins.
  4. Launch and improveWe ship, measure what happens, and keep improving. You get a production release, handover docs, and the option to keep us on.

Is Tytric a fit?

We do our best work on
  • SaaS products going from first release to scale
  • Internal tools and operations software
  • Marketplaces and multi-sided platforms
  • AI features and production AI infrastructure
  • Workflow automation and integrations
We're probably not right for
  • Marketing or brochure websites
  • WordPress or template customisation
  • One-day fixes or throwaway projects

Questions we hear

Who owns the code?

You do. The code, designs and infrastructure we build for you are yours, with a clean handover.

How do we stay in touch?

A shared channel with the people building your software, and regular check-ins where you can see progress. We work async-first and keep status clear.

How are engagements priced?

Usually as a fixed-scope first release, or an ongoing partnership billed monthly. We'll recommend the leanest option for where you are.

What happens after launch?

You can keep us on for the releases that follow, or take the handover and run with it.

Do you work with teams outside Nepal?

Yes. We work across time zones, with clear written updates and overlapping hours where they matter.
